Access to the proposed KRAFT development site would be at two points onto the existing trunk road network.
The first access point to the site is at the eastern end of the site and is gained via the A20. The A20 intersects with the M26. The M26 westbound provides access to the M25 anti-clockwise and from there to Greater London and the South East. The M26 eastbound intersects with the M20, which provides access to the Maidstone and south-eastern Kent. The A20 also intersects with the A25, which travels in a westerly direction towards Sevenoaks and in an easterly direction towards the Mallings and Maidstone.
The second access point to the site is at the western end of the site and is gained via the A227 between Borough Green and Wrotham. In the northbound direction the A227 intersects with the A20. From the A20 access can be gained to the M26. The A20 also provides access to the M20 in a westerly direction. The M20 provides access to the M25 in both directions and also via the A20 into South East London.
